Submit a Proposal

Submission Deadline: April 10, 2017 @ 11:59 PM

The program will consist primarily of Lightning Talk presentations selected through this open call for submissions and a peer-review process guided by a Steering Committee consisting of representatives from the seven UNC professional schools and the College of Arts and Sciences sponsoring the work. Poster sessions may be used to feature some submissions.

• Proposals are limited to 250-word abstracts
• Submission is open to faculty, staff, post-doctoral fellows, and graduate students affiliated with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill or by UNC Hospitals. Individuals who are not employed by or affiliated with UNC-CH or UNC Hospitals may be included on submissions as a co-author but may not be a lead author.
• All lead authors must have a UNC onyen and password to submit.
• Submitters should expect to hear about whether their proposals have been accepted and in what form (i.e. presentation or poster) no later than by April 21, 2017.

If you submit a proposal, there is no need to register to attend the symposium.
